Considering the low price of this toolbox I couldn't pass it up for the light duty use I bought it for. It's perfect for storing and transporting a few small hand tools like pliers, screwdrivers, wire cutters etc. The top opens up and is perfect for holding screws, wire nuts, and other tiny parts. All in all, I'd give this five starts except for the latch which seems and feels a bit flimsy, but if not abused I don't see problems. Edited to add that to my great surprise this is made in USA.
