I recently bought the HOMAK 27 Inch 9 Drawer Top Chest through Amazon and must say that the price was the best all around and the quality is outstanding.
The drawers open smoothly and feel solid and are lined which came standard.
All drawers also have a "lock" feature, so when you have the chest in the truck the drawers don't fly open when you apply the brakes.
Overall an outstanding heavy duty product, worth every penny.
